Explore Calvi
Calvi, place of birth of Christopher Columbus and main entrance to the Balagne, which is one of the most beautiful regions in Corsica, is easily and swiftly reachable from the four corners of France.
The purity of the water and richness of its architectural heritage make Calvi a “ seed of beauty in the Beautiful Island ” with a wide range of outdoor activities : walking along the marina, visiting the citadel, a sea trip to the Île de la Revellata or hiking to the sanctuary of Notre Dame de la Serra. There are just so many opportunities to explore the exceptional panorama of one of the most beautiful gulfs in Corsica !
To be visited not far from there : the small town of Ile-Rousse and surrounding villages (Lumio, Monticello, Santa Reparata, etc.) as well as the famous “ Agriates desert ”, the only European desert of our time.
